What makes a good poll
The polls parents answer are the ones they can decide on in a few seconds.
One clear question
Ask one thing, not three. “How much screen time do you allow on a weekday?” works. “Screen time and snacks — thoughts?” doesn’t.
Between two and five answers
Enough to cover the real choices, few enough to read at a glance. Add “It depends” or “Something else” if neither fits.
Keep it kind
Parents answer honestly when a question isn’t loaded. Ask what people do, not what they should do.
No personal details
Nothing that identifies your child, your school or anyone else — and nothing promoting a brand or a shop.
